Decent place for decent money

Spaciuos room with very comfortable bed, lovely inner yard, authentic design of the hotel, location next to subway station

very shabby breakfast, not worth to pay extra for it, some little things in room are worn out and would need a replacement or renovation (like shower door link or curtains), also you can't get inside before 15.00 if you arrive earlier

Cheap, accessible place to stay at vienna.

The price and size of the room were quite decent. Although the hotel is old fashioned it does the job. We were checking it late at night, so the access code and keys were provided to us timely. So we had a smooth self check-in after a long journey. Which was great.

Perhaps a microwave or a kettle for the room would be nice.

The location is great. The S-bun/U-bahn station is located in nearby also grocery store and halal fast food restaurants.

They applied a €10 charge for early check-in, and unfortunately, we were unable to adjust the room's heating volume. Additionally, the room temperature was slightly higher than the usual comfortable level

It is cozy and has the charme of old Vienna.

There was a certain smell in the bathroom and there was mould or at least a big stain there.

Good personnel, location, warm temperature in the room in winter time (in same time wery cold in toilet), warm floor.

Main problem is general cleanliness. There was hairs and bugs in the bad. Wery low temperature in toilet. I am not expect a lot of for this price, especially for such expensive city as Vienna, but this is not big dial to propper washing the bed linen.

If they take care of those small things I mention, the hotel would be perfect for a few days stay.

The Location was perfect, close to the underground and tram. The shower had good water pressure. The Staff were nice.

The room was very small though this didnt bother me that much. There was no TV in the room and the bed sheets provided were small for one person. They also provided a cushion to sleep on not even a pillow. Room service wasnt done every day and I had to remind them to change the sheets and towels and clean the room. You can open the room from the outside. Dont forget to lock your room while youre inside. The Wifi wasnt very good.

Vienna is expensive

If u want to spend just one night at Vienna and save money this could be an option.

They charged us for keeping the luggage just for few hours before our check -in. There was no luggage room and still they charged us for keeping the luggage in a common area. Location was ok. But the service was quite poor . Bathroom door was faulty and there no response even when we complained about the door.No dustbins in the room. No response from the staff even after asking about simple things!

do not recommend this hotel, except for the convenient location, there is nothing else good

convenient location near the metro station

1) the hotel does not offer free parking tickets for customers, for 15 minutes while we were checking in, we were fined for parking. 2) there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment, you need to go to the corridor to use Wi-Fi 3) the water valve in the shower did not work, they could not wash themselves 4) there is no refrigerator, air conditioner and electric kettle and TV in the room

considering the price, very good and the room we had was very nice.

did not have breakfast as it was not included in the price and it did not appear to be typical western fare. Location was good for public transport

would be nice to include simple tea and coffee in the room. Make sure you get a password when you book to get entry into the main building and also if you arrive early there's a possibility there will be no one in the reception. You can leave your bags there though.

Fair price but not my best experience

The room was big. Very close to Schonbrunn palaca.

It was not very clean, the room looked old and seems like it hasn’t been renovated in years. I got there a but early so I wanted to ask if I could leave my bags there and they never answered the door and I could clearly see the guy that works there. Instead of ignoring the bell they could just tell you they don’t do that.
